Our Sommelier Frances is considered a local expert on Italian Wines.
Every week, the staff of
Zambri’s explores a
different region of Italy and Frances is their guide. She has decided to offer this to the general
public in a series of events called
Wine
Wednesdays to be held on
the last
Wednesday of the month.
Many people are familiar with Barolo and Barbaresco but this evening will focus on the lesser known grapes such as Muscat, Dolcetto and Barbera. A selection of antipasti will accompany the wines to illustrate just how well they work with food. A bonus will be that these wines go particularly well with Christmas food and entertaining allowing you to impress your friends this holiday season.
